The planet of Mustafar, a legendary planet to some where the battle between vader and obi wan kenobi. Some come here to look for any mementos of the legendary fight but arkan was here for another reason. To find a lava crystal, it was know to create a blade that was known to turn things into molten lava instead of just burning through them. A useful torture tool, and a great weapon the only problem was finding one. Arkan was seated upon a large piece of rock protruding from a large lake of lava. He was concentrating the force through him, letting it cool him down as he would shift through the lava feeling with the force. With each chunk of rock he found anger grew within him, he has grown unstable since his turning to the dark side. But with every turning moment he would shift deeper and deeper through lava and volcanic rock. Using the force he was attempting to sense the crystal but they gave little force energy. And with this he could feel anger flowing throughout his body, gripping his brain and sending chills down his spine. And with each rock his moved the more the anger beat down on him, trying to make him snap. To anyone who was looking at the boy his face showed immense anger and his dark energy radiated throughout the area as he started to lose his control.

In the vast universe of all the places Natsumi could be, she found herself on Mustafar. The world itself was a tangled mess of lava rivers, sharp cliffs, and volcanos. A nightmare world really. The only reason she had come here to this hellish world was for artifacts that were left behind from wars, temples, and plots of Jedi and Sith alike.
Today she was seeking leads on a singular object, what was known as the Chu-Gon Dar Cube. Its trail had long gone cold and no one seemed to know exactly where it was or what happened to it. Nat had long believed to find such an artifact one had to return to the beginning. This place, this terrible world was the place she had to start.
In simple clothes, Nat found herself wandering carefully over rough terrain. Slowly she spread out her awareness within the Force as she sought any trace of the Cube that remained behind. It wasn't easy going by any means as she too had to use the Force to keep herself cool in the extreme heat that the lava produced. She paused as her senses touched upon something very dark. It was at the fringes of her senses that she found direction to that energy source.
Climbing over a ridge of razor-sharp stone her eyes fell upon the center of the energy that she had felt. Natsumi was still a decent distance away from the boy. For the moment she paused to watch him. She had to be careful how she approached this one. After all, she was alone, and on her own. There was no backup for her to call right then. So, for the time being, she was content to watch and wait, to see if he sensed her. All to allow him to make the first move.
Arkan would continue digging, he could feel lightside energy approaching him. Just the energy itself managed to give arkan a headache, in response to this arkan would begin to let fear radiate outside of him channeling his anger. At the distance the girl was at it would probably make her slightly uneasy. At most she would just get really anxious since arkan had just learned the ability. Before he stood up he would begin to move the vibroblade from its sheath on Arkan's back. Grabbing it he would stand, keeping his eyes at the lava, he would stop the search for the crystal in order to free up more concentration. Looking over to the woman he would use the force to pick up rubble behind the woman, he was standing still his body beating up as he would put more concentration into picking up the bits of rubble. Then he would launch it at the woman hoping to strike her in the back to launch her into the lava or closer to arkan himself. As he did this he would enter a combat stance, he was prepared if the woman had a saber. Fir his vibroblade was made of a phrik reinforced beskar, it was expensive to make but he knew it would pay off for as long as he needed to use it.

Natsumi wasn't the average Jedi Knight by any means. She was one of the rare Jedi Shadows. While she felt the fear pressing in at the fringes of her senses this sort of thing was nothing new to her thanks to her duties as a Shadow. She was more built to handle Darksiders than most of her Jedi compatriots. She'd been through so many Sith Temples, ruins, tombs and the traps as well as the darkness that was held within. With the general sense of fear and anxiousness that suddenly pushed against her awareness was easy enough to brush off.
Her hand moved to the double bladed saber at her hip, unclipping it quickly. She grasped it tightly in her left hand as she ignited it with a familiar snap-hiss. Keen senses alerted Natsumi to the impending attack from behind. In half a heartbeat she ducked the first few pieces before lifting a hand to force the others away from her. Now was the time that she willingly moved closer to the boy and the lava pool he had situated himself in the middle of.
She halted several feet from the edge of the pool, and for a microsecond debated her next move. Reaching out within the Force she picked up several razor-sharp shards of volcanic glass and hurled them towards the Darksider with great speed, in an attempt to severely wound him.
Arkan would watch as the woman pulled out her saber, a smile would spread across his face. She was much more experienced than a padawan, so she must be a knight the thought of that scared arkan but he was prepared to take her on at least put up a fight. As the shards of glass would be picked up he would begin to focus his rage, as he did so he would extend his hand releasing a large amount of telekinetic energy blasting the glass back. The push he pulled off tired him but with each second the rage grew within him giving him more energy sacrificing his reasoning he knew there was no chance of attacking her first, the dual bladed saber proved that too he knew he needed to think. Clearing his mind he would begin to focus, his brain would begin to point things out to him he did not notice before as he would enter his imperfect state of warmind. Taking a defensive soresu like stance with his vibrosword he would watch the knight, but letting the force flow through him preparing himself to move out of the way of her attacks no matter how he should do it.
